Before & After Projects

We looked for the perfect property to house all our family members. We purchased our 1 acre property back in January 2020 but knew we had a great deal of work to do before everyone would fit. The house originally had 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.  Now the house has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 of those bedrooms are now master suite's. 

 

 

We added a new steel garage that was bigger than the original garage.

 

 

Originally my in-laws were going to build an ADU on our property but we eventually settled on converting the existing garage into their living master suite.   

 

 

 

 

We did a good amount of our remodeling in the main floor living room and kitchen areas.

 

 

During the first 2 years of construction, Jon and I lived in what was a HUGE mechanical room with laundry.  We converted it into our dream master suite!  The bathroom is the best part.
